I’m a farm girl at heart & love creating and building. I lived in Othello for the past 35 years where I raised my 5 kids. Now that they have flown the coop, I’ve brought my favoirte part from my last gym to TC. I hope you love it as much as I do.

I am the manager at Results Based Coaching. I’m from Bentonville, Arkansas and love the south. I graduated with a bachelors degree in Communications in 2023 from BYU-I. I am loving living in Tri Cities!

I am one of the coaches here at Results Based Coaching. I am from Spokane, Washington. I went to Columbia Basin College and got my AA in Business Administration in 2022. I am also NASM Certified and love fitness in general!

I am from Honolulu, Hawai'i. When I'm not studying for my next certification, I like to spend my spare time cuddling with my cats at home, visiting wineries around the state, and listening to my favorite true crime podcast!
